We want you to be happy and satisfied with our service, and gladly accept the opportunity to make things right if the need arises. Therefore, should you have any questions or concerns about the services in our salon, please notify the shop and we will be glad to fix the problems.
There are NO REFUNDS on hair services rendered. Any dissatisfaction in service results must be expressed within 24 hours of the service and the client must return to the salon within the 48 hours so that work/results may be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any challenges to your satisfaction.
Please be advice that most hair styles involve some risk that you should fully understand: constantly washing your hair while it is braided, going to bed without using hair-tie or scarf, etc.
